The independent housebuilder behind Bideford's Grenville Place development, Newland Homes, has announced record figures for last financial year, achieving a turnover of A 50 million, with profits before tax of A 6.5million. With 2016 also being their 25th year of business, Newland Homes also been named one of the region's top 25 fastest growing businesses according to year-on-year growth by South West Business magazine.
