Owners Paul and Sam Rhodes will be hoping to give the listed building - formerly the town's heritage centre before its closure in 2016 - a new lease of life. The restaurant has space for up to 100 people across two rooms indoors, and plenty of seating along the famous colonnade with views of the River Taw.
