Hans Ellis, 52, of Coronation Terrace was fined a total of A 190 for breaching the order by drinking alcohol at Ilfracombe's Market Arches. The case was heard at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 3, although Mr Ellis did not attend the hearing.
