Cannabis dealer who blamed jealous girlfriend for missing payback work is jailed

Carl Blair claimed his girlfriend would not let him leave the house on time because she was suspicious about where he was going. He missed a series of appointments and had already been given warnings and an extra 10 hours of unpaid work.
