A drug user has been warned he could face a jail sentence after he was spotted buying a bulk supply of heroin by CCTV cameras in Barnstaple. Mark Daniel was arrested after CCTV operators reported suspicious activity in Newport Road and found with 14 grams of heroin hidden in his trousers.
